I have studied with John Friend (Anusara Yoga Founder), Doug Keller (Anusara), Amrit Desai (Kripalu Ashram), Yogi Shantananda and Yogi Bharat Gajjar (Sivananda Yoga Center - Wilmington, DE).
My style of teaching is very gentle, flowing and loving. I work with you at your level.
I offer workshops on the weekends generally for two hours at a time. Both days the cost, $70.
At our center, I offer Reiki Training and Healing, BodyTalk, BodyTalk Access, Breathwork, Spiritual Counseling and Power of Visualization.
