I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 1963. I have a television series devoted to yoga and becoming beautiful inside and out, taught at special health events, Expos on Mind, Body and Spirit. My husband and I founded The Doolin Healing Sanctuary in 1989 to help our community become familiar with yoga, to experience the benefits and to help them change their lifestyle for the better.
