Currently I teach classes at the St. Elizabeth`s WP Hebert Health and Fitness
Center in Beaumont and at the Port Arthur YMCA and at Wesley United Methodist
Church in Nederland Texas
Classes at the Hebert Health and Fitness Center are:
Monday 8:45am to 10 am
Thursday 6:40pm to 7:40pm
Starting in January, I will be teaching yoga on Saturday at 9:35pm on a
rotational basis.
7 pm on Monday night at Wesley United Methodist Church in Nederland, Texas.
This is a open public donation class.
At the Port Arthur YMCA, I teach only on Wednesdays at 10 am.
I am available for private yoga sessions at both locations. Additionally, there
is other yoga being offered in the Golden Triangle area. I have most of the
