I am on an adventure! I have always believed in taking time to enjoy the journey rather than worrying about the destination. I love teaching classes that are playful yet focused. I have completed my 500 hr training under Dharma Mittra. Currently I am opening up my horizons with AcroYoga by flying anyone willing to come and play. My background includes a BA in both Biology and Theater, a 200hr Sundari Yoga certification and Kripalu Restorative Training. Live, Love and Fly. . .
