Carolyn Oberst has been teaching her own form of Hatha Yoga she calls "Middle Path Yoga", at her studio Yoga In Tribeca for 23 years. All classes are small with students getting a lot of personal attention. All sessions include guided meditation and deep relaxation at the end of the class.
