Barbara has over 15 years experience in working with children & teens in a variety of environments. She is a certified Mind/Body Coach, children`s Yoga Instructor and an autism therapist. In addition to holding positions as a medical instructor, camp counselor & children`s fitness coach, she has been an independent health educator for the past 6 years. She is currently completing her 3rd level certification in Yoga for children with special needs & a degree in metaphysical science. She has 3 children ages 7, 22 & 23. Barbara believes in leading children "from behind" rather than imposing knowledge theories on them. She sees every child`s potential and aims to help them see the potential in themselves. Her approach is humorous, fun and non-competitive. Her goal is to have a positive effect on every child she meets.
