I was introduced to yoga approx. 20 years ago and have been teaching for over 6 years. I received my hatha yoga 500 hour teaching certifications through the Temple of Kriya Yoga. As a teacher, my primary concern is providing a safe and nurturing environment for students to experience the many benefits of yoga. My focus is on proper alignment and helping students to appropriately challenge themselves to experience personal growth through their yoga practice. Beginners always welcome.
