Primarily Training for Yoga / Bodywork Professionals: Began Buddhist meditation at age 14, studied Yoga intensively with Joel Kramer (Some say Joel was the first American Yoga Master) in 1976, began professional career as a Physical / Mental Yoga & Hands-On Structural Bodywork Therapist in 1982. Have trained many bodywork and Yoga Teachers / Therapists in my unique and highly effective system called DSL EdgeWork. Primary focus is on Postural Decompression & Structural Balancing and maximizing results of asana while minimizing injuries. Also using hands-on bodywork techniques to enhance the Yoga process. I work primarily with groups of Yoga / Bodywork Teachers & Therapists over a long term, mentoring them in becoming the best they can be. I specialize in high level, orthodox scientific understanding combined with deep, experiential grounding in the principles of how Yoga really works.
