I have studied yoga since 1989 and have a solid background in yoga including breath work, asanas (yoga postures), meditation, theory and instruction. I am a certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance, RYT-200. In my yoga classes you will experience a vinyasa flow style where movement is linked with breath. I have worked with many yogis with different styles of yoga practice and teaching. I believe that yoga is our natural state and that what yoga postures and breathe work really provides us with is the ability to see where we are resisting. I teach people of all ages and abilities and makes sure that each student feels special and just right wherever they are in their yoga practice.
