Kristen TenDyke teaches Vinyasa (flow) yoga to all levels. She has been praticing Vinyasa yoga since 2008 and completed her 200 Yoga Alliance teaching certification from Jacqui Bonwell’s Sacred Seeds Yoga School. Kristen has been practicing Reiki since 2009, is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and holds a calming space in all her classes.
