Jenny has been practising Yoga for ten years. After completed her career in Mass Communication, started her yoga practice in Buenos Aires. Jenny has graduated as Yoga teacher at Sivananda Ashram Yoga retreat in 1995, in The Bahamas. Since then, has been teaching yoga following the Sivananda traditional style, which brings not only muscles tone and flexibility, but peace of mind and a strong sense of spirituality among the students. Her goal is to propagate Yoga and peace in the world by making people been aware of the advantages and benefits of a daily yoga practice. "An ounce of practice is worth a ton of theory" Swami Sivananda said.
