I`ve been teaching Yoga since 1990; Svaroopa Yoga since 1995. It all starts at the tail bone. (Rama Berch, founder of Master Yoga, La Jolla, CA) release the chronically held tension from the root of the spine and the benefits are immeasurable. I reversed osteoporosis with Svaroopa Yoga. I`ve been a bodyworker since 1985, utilizing Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Yoga Therapy, Embodyment, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Somatic Experiencing and Birth Trauma Resolution Therapy.
