I am an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and also an active member of the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).
My experience over the last decade has been in therapeutic Yoga forms, using Iyengar as the foundation, while integrating Viniyoga. I have integrated a complete Mind/Body perspective by applying the principals of Spiritual Psychology (MA,Sp Psy, 05-USM) to the Yoga practice developing a LIFE SKILLS YOGA program.
