Comments : I have over 600 hours of teaching experience in yoga as well as pilates. I currently teach at 2 local studios and substitute teach at a 3rd. I have practiced with more than 30 yoga instructors in the area.I have had great success combining yoga and pilates in one practice (mostly yoga) so strenthen the core allowing students to safely come deeper into yoga postures.
