Comments	:	This is not your daughters yoga.I find, and so does the students this class to be very recouperative. You progress at your own pace. Class is 90 minutes. Monday and Wednesday evenings;5.30-7.00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 10.00-11.30 AM, and Saturdays 11.00-12.30 PM.
