I am a passionate,devoted and certified yogini recognized by the Yoga Alliance.I do not rigidly adhere to one particular style, but rather my teaching style comes from the heart and is an eclectic fusion of the schools that have influenced me the most.
Instruction may include all of the following; poses/exercises, breathing techniques, meditation, mudras (symbolic hand gestures), mantras and kriyas (cleansing techniques).
My approach is non-dogmatic, fun, challenging, non-competitive, rejuvenating and relaxing, all the while honoring each students abilities.
