I`ve completed yin yoga teacher trainings with Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers. I am an ongoing student of Srivatsa Ramaswami of Chennai, India. I teach traditional vinyasa yoga, with the influence of viniyoga and yin. I also teach meditation.
