I have a retreat center in Sri Lanka, called Shambhala Cove. I offer traditional ashtanga yoga mysore classes, for all levels as well as workshops and intensives on Ashtanga, Ayurveda and Tantra.
The regular program is sun-fri morning 7:30 am -9:30 am mysore class. Workshops and intensives TBA, and vary from month to month. This year I will be at Shambhala Cove starting on November 15th and will be there through Mar 31st 2008.
My first book ,"The Only Way Out Is In: A modern day yogi`s commentary on the synergy of Ashtanga Yoga Ayurveda and Tantra" will be available for sale this november.
I have been stdying and teaching for 30 years and have been certified by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
