Allaine Stricklen is an accredited master yoga yeacher with the Yoga Alliance and is currently taking classes of yoga as well as offering meditation sessions, workshops and teacher training programs in the Miami area and all over the world.Her unique style of Iyengar-based teaching includes her own gentle therapeutics method of using props to restore the body`s balance and vitality.Allaine also offers a one-of-a-kind teacher training program which is custom tailored for each trainee, at the 200 and 500 hour level.Her training program is the only source for the 500 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training accreditation in the Miami area.A two-week Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga program is also available for experienced teachers.
