                                                        I have been practising yoga for over a decade and teaching yoga for three years. I read regularly on the subject and, as well as teaching, I keep up my own self-practice.  Because I was never a naturally flexible person before I started yoga I feel that I am able to offer empathy and understanding to my students and feel I am living proof that through yoga flexibility can be gained. Through teaching I have come across students of varying abilities, ages and experience.  I offer variations so all can be accommodated.  I am comfortable teaching classes of all sizes.
