Hatha Yoga weekly classes.
Six week yoga courses for beginners. The course offers a gentle introduction into Hatha / Flow Yoga. Each 75 minute session includes a time for getting the mind and body centered, warming up the body, the main Asana workout, Pranayama(breathing exercises), and cool down period.
The classes are small and the mats are provided. Feel renewed in your body, mind and spirit with the nurturing practice of the yoga journey.
