Comments : Having studied many different forms of spiritual and personal development I finally found my teacher, Esoteric (Tantric) and Zen Master Dechan Jueren. I now teach meditations (still and moving) I learnt directly from him, or from his senior students. Meditations typically involve comfortable posture, silent chanting and soothing visualisations. These meditations are easy for beginners, but powerful enough that experienced practitioners will not be disappointed.
