Baby yoga offers gentle movements for babies and parents with joint relaxation at the end. Classes are run throughout Hertfordshire for babies with a separate class for crawlers. Lots of songs and rhymes. Classes go at the pace of each parent and baby. Can help babies with colic, wind, reflux and sleeping. Parents get the opportunity to stretch, tone and strengthen including pelvic floor. No previous yoga experience is required.
