Ceri has been a yoga practitioner for fifteen years. She is a fully qualified and insured teacher of the Sivananda style and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Ceri completed her teaching training at the Sivananda headquarters and Ashram in Canada.She has taught in Mexico and England and has studied other styles and schools of yoga including Iyengar, Viniyoga and Kundalini. Ceri currently lives and teaches in the North East of England and regularly attends teachers’ workshops and practice at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in London. Classes are held in Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle.
