I have received an in depth three year training from Jenny Beeken of the Inner Yoga Trust. I use detailed instruction and visualisation to encourage connection with the inner body and to enable the release of held tension through the practice of the Yoga asanas. This style is accessable to all levels, the work is deep but can be modified in many ways to suit individual needs.
