I also would like to teach the real meaning of yoga as holistic manner ; mastering on the philosophy of yoga ; asanas, pranayams, mudras, kriyas, breathing and meditation techniques. I haven't specialized on one particular type of yoga but by learning traditional yoga, I am capable of performing and teaching every kind of yoga.
