Cost : The price depend on how many student ,how far for the class . Normally , I charge 600 Baht up per class.
Comments : I do teach in Hatha Yoga which emphasis stretching and hold some breaths to let the blood flow around the body . Then the other body systems work more efficiently . Furthermore , I mix some relaxing poses for self - massage ,so after the class the practitioner feel relax ,calm and release. Giving details during training and modifying difficult step to more easier one to let the practitioner follow any poses. Both beginner and well trained students ,therefore, can practice Yoga pose.
