U.S.1 Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Annual RYT-200 7 month teacher training program takes place September-March. This comprehensive course is based on the lineage of Sri Krishnamacharya: Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga, and will encourage development of your own style of teaching, while giving you the professional knowledge and skill to teach yoga in an informed, safe and compassionate manner.
Weekend intensives are open to teachers or students of yoga. CE credits available for attendance at classes, workshops and retreats.
