My hatha yoga training was in Val Morin, Canada, before the days of certification. I first opened my center as Yoga of Westchester in 1965. I have trained many teachers over the years and offer practice teaching opportunities and certification for those who qualify. I am also a certified nutritionist and offer holistic nutrition and reflexology workshops as well as nutrition consultations.
