Whether you are a beginning yogi, or an experienced practitioner, you will be challenged both physically and mentally in this hands-on yoga class. Classes are kept small to ensure proper alignment in asanas and to provide individual instruction. Although I practice several yoga disciplines, my classes are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. My Yoga classes are held in a bright, open studio with a view of Foster’s Pond.
