Lydia, ERYT and Michael, RYT are Registered Teachers with Yoga Alliance and established the center in 2006. Lydia also offers Certified Yoga Teacher Training and Workshops, one of the few schools in Louisiana registered with Yoga Alliance. They bring a unique approach to teaching and practicing Hatha Yoga to Acadiana.
