Always remember to breathe while practicing yoga. It sounds easy, but make sure you stay aware of your breath. If you struggle with your breath, you may be struggling with a pose too much. Back off a little bit, get your breath under control & try again. If you are focused on your breath while
you are working ong a pose - you are practicing yoga.
