Soham Yoga and Healing Arts Center`s goal is to establish a peaceful oasis where you can take a break from your busy schedule to stop in and participate in yoga classes, Qi-Gong, meditation, or perhaps a workshop and focus on strengthening your body, freeing your mind, and connecting with your spirit, creating a balance between all three. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner, we hope to offer you assistance in exploring this union. We offer workshops on various topics such as abundance through language, feng shui, Melchizedek Method, and more. So keep checking back with us!
Our goal additionally is to bring our services into the community so please contact us if you would like to us to present a program of any of our classes on location at your school, office, etc. We also invite teachers who would like to join Soham in our service, and we welcome the opportunity to work with you.
