I was housemother for 7 yrs in a Kundalini Ashram, Studied with B.K.S. Iyengar himself in India 6 months, and taught multi-methods at Canyon Ranch Spa and Health Resort in Tucson for 17 yrs. I Have worked as personal trainer to Barbra Streisand, Donna Karan, Danny DeVito, Lou Reed, Oliver Stone, Sigourney Weaver, Andie McDowell and many more. I``m seasoned and love my own Yoga and Wellness Center.
