Centrally located in the heart of DC, with all cross-town busses stopping right outside our studio. We offer a beautiful and serene studio environment, dedicated and committed teachers and a fun yoga community. Our classes are invigorating vinyasa (flow) yoga combining all elements of meditation, strengthening, breath work, flexibility and relaxation. We have an extensive prenatal and postnatal yoga program offered in collaboration with DC``s birth resource center. We also offer beginners and advanced workshops, women``s events, insight meditation workshops, life coaching, nutritional counseling, massage and much more.
