Christy Hughes is a certified yoga instructor in Kundalini and Ana Forrest hatha yoga styles. Kundalini tradition is fusion of energetic style with yogic cleansing kriya meditation; all of which enhance the balance of energy and bring vitality to the body. Ana Forrest style hatha yoga is a blend of gentle and dynamic postures which flow and warm the body to increase both health and centeredness. Christy has studied in India and is also trained in Ayurvedic cooking. She has also studied with Gurmuhk, and is certified in Pre-natal Kundalini yoga.
