Comments : We were founded by meditation students of Baba Hari Dass in 1989. We continue to offer one free Classical Ashtanga Yoga class every Saturday at 7:30 am (the first hour goes over the breathing and meditation and the second hour is devoted to asana). Some of our regular teachers have the 200 hr. Ashtanga teacher training from Mt. Madonna Center. Most of our teachers have many diverse backgrounds.
