Anyone can drop in on the classes for the reasonable fee of $10 per class, or sign up for the whole 8 week cycle for only $40 per person (which equals just $5 per session!). This Hypno-Yoga series is a great value considering that a private hypnotherapy session at North State Hypnosis with Brian Stracner is $80 per session or more. Everyone who comes to these Hypno-Yoga classes is also entitled to a $30 discount toward a private hypnotherapy session at North State Hypnosis.

In this Hypno-Yoga enlightenment series students will benefit from the physical exercises of yoga positions, pranayama and meditation, along with the life enhancing aspects of hypnotherapy. This class is available for all levels of fitness and flexibility, so everyone can join in on the fun. After the physical yoga is completed, the class will transition into various forms of pranayama and meditation. To finalize each Hypno-Yoga class students will benefit from the weekly focus of general self-improvement through the hypnotic trance state.
