There are free classes for all potential students on Tu May 26th at 9:30-10:45 am and Sun May 31st at 10-11:15 am. Cost for first month is a suggested donation of $40 per month on up dependiong on how many classes attended

I lived at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in MA for12 years (during Swami Kripalvanandajis 4+ year visit), ran 2 yoga centers I created, and produced a series of TV shows called yoga for every body. I was also in India for a month and almost all my teachers and Gurus were from India.
