Several classes a day, seven days a week. Come by without any prior notification as classes are on a drop-in bases. Check our website for our offering and class schedule.
Events are offered including workshops and retreats and the worlds leading yoga and meditation teachers are hosted regularly.
Classes are offered in both English and German.
