The Yoga Masala is a project to share yoga and a healthier life style trough the maximum nr of people possible! We have Hatha Yoga Classes at affordable prices, so we can accommodate people who would, otherwise, be excluded from the practice of Yoga. Masala means a mix of spices, we want our classes to reflect the big mix of people that live in this world! The general classes are conducted in Portuguese but we can accommodate non-portuguese speakers and give instructions in english when needed. Private classes in english available :)
