On-going, drop-in yoga classes based on the practice of basic yoga postures as well as sun-salutations, breathing exercises, and meditation. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable stretching in; yoga mats, cushions and towels are provided but you can bring your own if you’d like to. Classes are taught in English in the Sivananda hatha yoga tradition. Also inquire about beginners courses, mama and baby yoga, satsangs, workshops, and retreats!
