Karen Heaven Claffey, CYT, E-RYT500, founder-director of Heaven on Earth Yoga Institute Yoga, is a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and teacher trainer. Her specialty is Structural Alignment Therapy, relieving clients of pain, sometimes years after they have tried all other forms of therapy. She also serves private and corporate yoga clients. Karen has a DVD series based on her yoga television series, Yoga with Karen (©2004); she is co-host of Josée Lavigeur’s yoga video, Initiation Au Yoga (2003). In 1994-5 Karen host-created her Cable TV cooking series, Karens Kitchen. In 1993 she founded macrobiotic-vegan cooking school, Heaven on Earth Vegetarian Institute; and is author-publisher of her vegan cookbook, Fast & Fun Food (©1995).
