Yoga Sangha was founded by Peter Roberts in June 2005. Prior to moving to Melbourne Peter was the director and head teacher of the Sydney School of Yoga, and he brings a great deal of experience and knowledge gained from his time at the helm of the busy full time yoga school based in the Sydney CBD. He has created a system that has been developed over many years of intensive personal practice and teaching, and incorporates techniques drawn from the Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga traditions, as well as Zen meditation.
