We offer an eclectic approach to hatha yoga, with the main teachers being Bob Smith, R.Y.T. and Ki McGraw, R.Y.T. Bob and Ki are strong hatha yogis who emphasize alignment, core connectedness, breath awareness and a flowing kind of asana practice. Classes accommodate beginners - intermediate students. The studio is beautifully decorated with Balinese ritual objects and is located in the University district of Seattle. Bob and Ki also offer many yoga retreats in places such as Mexico, Bali and U.S. locations.
