Roots and Wings Family Yoga Center makes yoga accessible to adults, kids, and families as a whole. We commit to sharing our yoga practice with families in the North Hills and to expanding their knowledge and understanding of the benefits of yoga. For adults, we currently offer yoga, Pilates, and DansKinetics®. We also offer family yoga and kids yoga for children from the ages of 3-9+, DansKinetics® for families, and partner yoga. On Saturdays, parents can elect to take an adult yoga class to enjoy personal practice or play in a kids yoga class with their children. In the future, we hope to offer teen yoga and senior yoga. Roots and Wings Family Yoga Center``s North Hills location is a short drive from Pittsburgh and Cranberry Township. Come try it out. Your first class is Free.
