We are dedicated to providing our students with yoga instruction that is challenging, safe, fun and inspiring. We promote the health and well-being of each individual we work with. Beginning and intermediate yoga classes are offered daily. In addition we offer therapeutic, gentle, adaptive, pre-natal and mom and baby yoga. All instructors are registered with Yoga Alliance. Private lessons and specialty workshops are also available. We welcome people of any and all backgrounds to come together to explore the great benefits of yoga.
