Our Center is an urban oasis, located in Old North Dayton, dedicated to helping people lead happier and healthier lifestyles.
We are a space for wellness, community and growth, offering weekly yoga classes, massage therapy, reiki, aikido and facials from homegrown, natural and organic plant-based products.
Our center contains two wood floor studios that receive natural sunlight, a library of books on yoga and wellness and an herbal tea lounge.
Our hope is that our services help elevate your soul to a higher level- Lokah Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu – May all beings everywhere be happy and free.
