Here we offer the benefits of Yoga to all ages and levels of experience in a non-competitive, supportive, down to earth
manner. Many classes have babysitting available. Please see our class descriptions and schedule for more details. Om Sweet Om also offers a variety of workshops to enhance your yoga knowledge. We have a tea bar to relax at before or after your yoga experience, and a retail boutique carrying many well known lines of yoga clothing and accessories.
We also offer birthday parties for children and adults. Create your own theme or we will offer you one of our many successful themes. Call for more details.
