Integral Yoga is gentle, traditional and practiced to ones own capacity without strain.
Director Prema Spozdzial studied with Sri Swami Satchidananda for 30 years, has been teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation since 1978. Meditation Classes, Hatha Yoga Multi-level, Holistic Workshops every weekend various presentors. All Hatha instructors are certified in Integral Yoga style of hatha.
